Compliance with Laws and Regulations Concerning the Protection of Personal InformationThe Group shall comply with personal information protection laws and regulations that apply to personal information held by its group companies. Furthermore, this policy shall be determined by the laws and other norms in Japan. This policy defines the basic policies of handling personal information held by the Group. The Group shall strive to protect personal information based on the laws and norms such as the Act on the Protection of Personal Information according to this policy.
Security Control Measures of Personal Information
The Group shall take the appropriate security measures by maintaining a control system to protect personal information from fraudulent access, loss, destruction, modification and leakage, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of the information. The Group shall appropriately manage personal information by restricting the access of outside personnel into offices that handle personal information, implementing training programs to all executives and employees associated with the protection of personal information held by the Group, and assigning a chief administrator.
